STAFF MARKETING BRAND

• Product Development

Persyaratan

• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Majoring in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or Media, Management, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year work experience as Marketing Brand Staff
• Good communication skill, presentation, conceptualize ideas, computer skill (Ms. Office)
• Fluent in English (preferably both oral and written)
• Willing to work hard and overtime, willing to travel, and able to work individually and teams
• Have a good Time Management and Integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal, good appearance, high motivation, analysis, dynamic, active, confidence, attractive, independent, creative, innovative, adaptable, healthy in both physically & spiritually
• Office hours (Monday to Friday): 08:00 am – 17:00 pm

PPIC STAFF

• Material Requirement Planning
• Calculating the material requirements for production
• Ensuring the material requirements which are readily available for production
• Ensuring production results in accordance with the plans that have been made   
• Managing available machines to maximize yield and needs
• Controlling of production capacity to fulfill all sales needs

Persyaratan

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from Reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years working experience as PPIC Staff
• Have a good knowledge and skills :

                              Computer literacy, especially  Ms Excel is a MUST, and basic 

                              SAP knowledge will be an advantage

                              Strong leadership, good communication, good project management, 

                              and  presentation, are MUST

                              Having a good analytic, proactive in working and solving problems

• resilient person with integrity, discipline, love challenges and learn new things, and healthy in physical & spiritual
• Possible to working  under-pressure and overcome complex work, and able to working individually and team.

DESIGNER AND MULTIMEDIA MARKETING STAFF

• Make a design for POP and POS Material Brand, or adapt the KV that is owned by the marketing team into some POS/POP material that is needed for the purposes of marekting activities
• Create multimedia material, such as: template or presentation design needed by the marketing team
• Make a video presentation
• Supervise the material production that has been designed, and Provide input to the marketing team for the type and quality of materials including print colors
• Provide new creative ideas for improvement in terms of design, promotional material, and other creative material
• Conduct other tasks required by the Company as ordered Superior

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design or Creative Multimedia or equivalent, with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position, or maximum 3 years work experience in Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design or Creative Multimedia.
• Have Good Commucation & Negotiation, Good Time Management, Integrity, Analytical  Thinking, Problem Solving and Presentation Skills

WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS STAFF

• Manage Daily operation internal Moving
• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams
• Execute data and make sure achieved daily target, such as: Accurate Loading Process, Putway Process or Unloading Process

Persyaratan

• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Transportation/Logistics or Industrial Engineering, with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or Experienced Working in the Logistics Warehouse
• Likes to Work In The Field
• Willing to Work Shifts (3-Shift), Work Under Pressure, and Work Overtime
• Understanding of efficient and effective production and distribution processes

MIXING PRODUCTION LIQUID STAFF

• Responsible for the implementation of the production mixing process, starting from raw materials to half-finished products and minimizing the occurrence of waste and failure of the mixing process
• Delegate appropriately to the existing production team, regarding all the production mix work plans that have been made
• Review and validate the work of employees regarding the production of reports, which include reports on attendance, use of materials, and the results of mixing.
• Analyze every problem (problem) and try to find the root of the problem and its solution, either individually or in coordination with other related parties
• Coordinating with other divisions (Quality Control / Maintenance / Engineering / Robotic / PPIC) related to the production mixing process
• Continuous improvement for production work systems and methods to make them more effective and efficient
• Ensure that Company Regulations, 5R, K3, and SOP can run well
• Increase the Skill and Knowladge of the employees under it
• Organizing the implementation or implementation of ISO 9001: 2018, ISO 14001: 2018 & HAS 23000 procedures in the Production Division to comply with SOPs and Work Instructions and quality objectives
• Perform all tasks related to Production activities

Persyaratan

• Minimal Diploma Degree  (D3) - Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or Maximum 2 years Working Experience as FMCG Mixing Production Staff
• Have a passion to work in the Production Field
• Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP
• Creative, Conscientious, Honest, Disciplined,and Responsible

STAFF PRODUCTION FILLING LIQUID

• Responsible for the implementation of the production process, from semi-finish to finished products and to minimize waste and process failure
• Make a weekly production work plan with PPIC, and describe and control it into a daily work plan
• Delegate appropriately to existing production teams regarding all production work plans that have been made
• Review and validate employee work regarding production reports, which include attendance reports, material usage, downtime for each machine unit and production results
• Analyze every problem and try to find the root of the problem and its solution, either individually or in coordination with other related parties
• Coordinating with other division (Quality Control / Maintenance / Engineering / Robotic / PPIC) related to the production process
• Carrying out continuous improvement for production work systems and methods to make them more effective and efficient
• Ensure that Company Regulations, 5R, K3, and SOP can run well
• Increase Skill & Knowladge of employees under him

• Bachelor Degree  (S1) - Mechanical Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years of working experience as Production Blowing Staff
• Have skills machines blow
• Have a passion to work in the Production Field
• Meticulous, Focus, and Not easily bored 
• Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP
